Fooducation comes to UCCS

FooducationFlyerRecent changes to the UCCS food supply will be the primary topic of the March 20 Chancellor’s Campus Forum at 2 p.m. in the University Center Theater. 

Susan Szpyrka, vice chancellor, Administration and Finance, and Tamara Moore, executive director, Auxiliary Retail Services, will discuss the changes over the last several years regarding how food is procured, served and managed on campus.

The documentary “Fooducation: A Revolution of Food & Eating at UCCS” will also be shown at the forum.

Linda Kogan, director, Office of Sustainability, will close the forum by giving an update on the university’s sustainability efforts.

Seating in the University Center Theater is limited to 90. For those unable to attend the forum, Media Services will record the forum.
