The expertise and professionalism of the doctors, nurses, other health care professionals and counseling professionals at the University of Colorado Hospital has been exceptional. We appreciate the work of all those throughout the campus who responded to the tragedy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">The university is cooperating fully with law enforcement as they continue their investigation.\u00a0 The alleged gunman, James Holmes, was a graduate student studying neurosciences on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus.\u00a0 He was admitted in June 2011, but left the program in June 2012.
