An appreciation reception for faculty and staff is scheduled for 4 p.m. Dec. 7 in Berger Hall.<\/p>\n

The annual reception is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. and will feature a campus cookie exchange in addition to heavy hors\u2019 d\u2019oeuvres. To attend, please respond to\u00a0 cquarrle@uccs.edu<\/a> by Dec. 2.<\/p>\n

Awards for best tasting, looking, intentioned, and winter-themed cookies are planned. Participants should plan on baking six dozen bite-sized cookies and to arrive by 3:30 p.m. Those who are planning to participate are asked to contact Jennifer Hane, director, Alumni and Friends Association, jhane@uccs.edu<\/a>, for details.<\/p>\n

Faculty and staff who attend the reception are also encouraged to donate a new or good-condition-used book to support the Literacy on the Go project coordinated by Barbara Swaby, professor, College of Education.
