The Regents will meet in executive session at 8 a.m. Nov. 8 before the first public session from 1-2:30 p.m. The public session will continue at 8 a.m. Nov. 9.<\/p>\n<p>Items with impact to UCCS will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separate existing Ph.D. program in engineering into three programs in computer science, security and engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Sabbatical approval.<\/li>\n<li>Regent emeriti designation for two retiring Regents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The public sessions will include reports from system governance groups, an emerging issue discussion among the Regents, metric reports and affordability presentations. The full board agenda is available through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boarddocs.com\/co\/cu\/Board.nsf\/goto?open&amp;id=B37TCJ71A28B\">BoardDocs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cu.edu\/regents\">University of Colorado Board of Regents<\/a> are elected officials charged with the general supervision of the University of Colorado and maintain exclusive control and direction of all funds and appropriations to the university.
