Accreditation of Bachelor of Science degree in the nursing program and the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program offered by the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences were recently approved by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n
Following an April 2010 visit, the commission granted a 10 year re-accreditation to Beth-El\u2019s undergraduate nursing programs and a five-year initial accreditation for the doctoral program at the October meeting of the Commission\u2019s Board. The accreditation periods are the maximum period allowed.<\/p>\n
In a formal approval letter, the Commission noted that the Beth-El programs met its four accreditation standards and that there were no compliance concerns.<\/p>\n
