href=\"https:\/\/events.uccs.edu\/event\/larry_heller_and_his_art_of_war\">Art of War Exhibit Opening<\/a>, explore Larry Heller\u2019s World War II propaganda posters in draft form 5:30 \u2013 7 p.m. Nov. 6, Heller Center for Arts &amp; Humanities.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/communique.uccs.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1326912165-join_up_with_us.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright challenge, cook off, and more 11 a.m. \u2013 3 p.m. Nov. 9, Berger Hall.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/events.uccs.edu\/event\/marine_corps_birthday_cake_cutting\">Marine Corps Birthday<\/a> cake cutting ceremony 12 \u2013 2 p.m. Nov. 10, McCord-Herbst Student Veteran Center.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lymevents.com\/celebrate-our-vets-5k\">Celebrate Our Vets 5k<\/a>, proceeds support the Crawford House 9 a.m. Nov. 11 Monument Valley Park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Office of Veteran and Military Student Affairs will also host a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSes4suTAnhn0udeY_G_9lfvmKk2A7OFfCWF0U_O3t-PVQT-LA\/viewform\">military appreciation breakfast<\/a> 7:30 \u2013 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7, University Center
