Amanda Batterbee<\/strong>, instructor, Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing\u00a0and Health Sciences. Batterbee was previously a psychiatric nurse practitioner for North Springs Psychiatry, Colorado Springs, and a nurse practitioner for Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health, Colorado Springs. \u00a0She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from University of Phoenix, and a master’s from Rush University College of Nursing, Chicago, Illinois.<\/p>\n

He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison, a master\u2019s degree from Mississippi State University, and a Ph.D. from University of Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

Fester was previously director of the Center for Writing and Scholarship at the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California, and an associate professor of English, writing across the curriculum coordinator, and English composition coordinator at Lincoln University, Jefferson City, Missouri. She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Truman State University, master\u2019s and Ph.D. degrees from Bowling Green State University, and a master\u2019s of fine arts from Naropa University.<\/p>\n

He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from National University of Mexico, and master\u2019s and Ph.D. degrees from Arizona State University.<\/p>\n

She earned bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees from Fudan University, Shanghai, and a Ph.D. from Penn State University.<\/p>\n

He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Colorado State University, a master\u2019s degree from University of Colorado and a Ph.D. from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.<\/p>\n

He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from the United States Air Force Academy, a master\u2019s degree from Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. degree from Texas Tech University.<\/p>\n

He earned a bachelor\u2019s from West Virginia University, a master\u2019s from Radford University, and a doctoral degree from Virginia Tech.<\/p>\n

Tomlin was previously a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, adjunct faculty at University of Denver, and a lecturer at UCCS. He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine.<\/p>\n
