the University of Colorado now provides its workforce with two online learning tools for professional development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you\u2019re looking to learn more about a given topic, check out both learning systems to see what is available,\u201d said Janet Lowe, Director of Employee Learning and Development in Employee Services. \u201cI think you\u2019ll find SkillSoft and Lynda.com provide training materials for all types of learning styles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SkillSoft is home to CU\u2019s required compliance courses, with completions that report into human resource systems as part of an employee\u2019s record.<\/p>\n<p>This comparison chart shows what\u00a0Lynda.com and SkillSoft have in common as well as how they differ.<\/p>\n<p><a
