She led the fundraising efforts for intercollegiate athletics and the College of Business and assisted with scholarship and Ent Center for the Arts fundraising. Before she joined the university, Hagemann was an advertising manager for the Colorado Springs Gazette and worked in retail sales. She earned a bachelor&#8217;s degree from the University of New Mexico. She was a member of the 2013 Leadership Pikes Peak class and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Hagemann replaces Jaime Garcia as executive director.
