Browne previously was a student researcher at National Jewish Health, Denver, and an emergency medical technician in Missoula, Montana. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana, Missoula, and a master’s from the CU Aschutz Medical Campus.<\/p>\n Juliet Green<\/strong>, instructor, English Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Green previously worked as an ACT essay reader for Educational Testing Services, Princeton, N.J., and taught at UCCS, Pikes Peak Community College and local high schools.<\/p>\n Stephen Johnson<\/strong>, clinical professor, Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Johnson previously was the president and CEO of USA Cycling and was an associate professor at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City. He earned bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Utah.<\/p>\n Jennifer Jones, <\/strong>clinical instructor, Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Jones previously worked as a nurse supervisor, nurse, and continuing education coordinator for hospitals in Dayton, Ohio. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana.<\/p>\n Nicole Juhl<\/strong>, instructor, Chemistry and Biochemistry Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Juhl previously taught chemistry and biology at Rampart High School, Colorado Springs. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, and a master’s from UCCS.<\/p>\n Carolyn Kiser<\/strong>, instructor, English Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Kiser previously was a corporate marketing specialist, online English instructor and freelance technical writer. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.<\/p>\n Stefan Koller<\/strong>, instructor, Philosophy Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Koller previously held research and teaching positions at the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands. He earned a bachelor’s degree from New College, Oxford, United Kingdom, a master’s from Brasenose College, Oxford, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. from Technical University of Delft.<\/p>\n Wojciech Kossek<\/strong>, instructor, Mathematics Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Kossek previously was a professor of mathematics and engineering at Colorado Technical University. He earned a master’s degree from Silesian Technical University, Gliwice, Poland, and a Ph.D. from North Dakota State University.<\/p>\n Nicholas Lee<\/strong>, instructor, Department of Sociology, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Lee previously was a lecturer at UCCS and an adjunct faculty member at Pikes Peak Community College. He also is cofounder of a craft gin distillery. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UCCS.<\/p>\n DeLyn Martineau<\/strong>, instructor, Department of English, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Martineau previously was a writing instructor at Pikes Peak Community College and taught high school English, reading and drama. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, Pueblo, and a master’s degree from Columbus University, Metairie, Louisiana.<\/p>\n Jeffrey McGuirk<\/strong>, instructor, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department, College of Engineering and Applied Science. McGuirk previously was an assistant professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy and a researcher at the Air Force Research Laboratory. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a master’s from Iowa State University, and Ph.D. from the Air Force Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n Elise M. Naughton<\/strong>, instructor, Chemistry and Biochemistry Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Naugton previously was a graduate research and teaching assistant at Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, and a laboratory assistant at Fort Lewis College, Durango. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech University.<\/p>\n Stacy Platt, <\/strong>instructor, Visual and Performing Arts Department, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Platt previously was a guest lecturer at UCCS and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and managed a photographic service bureau at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, Georgia. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a master’s degree from Columbia College of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois.<\/p>\n Jennifer Robertson<\/strong>, instructor, Bachelor of Innovation Program. Robertson previously was a co-instructor at UCCS and worked in private industry. She earned bachelor’s degree from Friends University, Wichita, Kansas, master’s degrees from Wichita State University and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Ph.D from UCCS.<\/p>\n Paul Yankey<\/strong>, instructor, Bachelor of Innovation Program. Yankey previously worked in the computer, real estate and telecommunications industries.
