The annual NACUFS Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards are named in honor of a past organization president and recognized innovator in college and university culinary arts. The awards celebrate exemplary menus, presentations, special event planning, and new dining concepts in campus dining services.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first award for Dining and Food Services which is completing its first full year of campus operation.
