Clyde’s Kudos are a Staff Association initiative celebrated each month on Communique. Nominations are also recognized through a variety of forums including the Staff Association website, the Staff Association newsletter, event shout-outs, handwritten cards and other methods of distribution.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce is incredibly skilled at the administrative complexities of coordinating orientation appointments and more importantly, excels at mentoring, coaching and supporting the personal and professional development of student staff. I am recognizing these staff members who are working hard on their doctoral degrees while also thriving in their professional roles on campus. Each of them are infusing their work at UCCS into their research project with the ultimate goal of improving the experiences of those on campus (faculty, staff, and students). It is not easy to engage in high-level academic work while maintaining excellence in a professional role, along with any other personal commitments and responsibilities, so these four women should be recognized for this. UCCS is lucky to have each of them!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
