This leadership role will shape and strengthen UCCS\u2019s fundraising, alumni engagement, communications and external partnerships while working collaboratively across campus to enhance the university\u2019s reputation and long-term success.&nbsp;<br><br>The search will be conducted internally, without the assistance of an external executive search firm, ensuring a cost-effective, transparent process that leverages the expertise of our UCCS community.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Tentative Search Timeline:&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Kickoff Meeting: March 6, 2025&nbsp;<br>Recruitment Phase: March 6 \u2013 March 28, 2025&nbsp;<br>Initial Interviews: March 31 \u2013 April 11, 2025&nbsp;<br>Final Interviews: April 21 \u2013 May 2, 2025&nbsp;<br>Finalist Selection and Announcement: May 5 \u2013 May 16, 2025&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please look for additional updates via Communique, including open forums with finalists and opportunities for campus feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Co-Chairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Robin Parent<\/strong>, Vice Chancellor for Strategic Initiatives &amp;
