As a Tier 1 analyst, you will then use a security monitoring tool (Netography) and a ticketing system (JIRA) to report suspicious activity to Tier 2 analysts that can ultimately get escalated to the local governments who have provided the data. Each student must complete 25 tickets in 3 months (that\u2019s about 2 tickets per week) to get your Credly Three Month Badge.
