Carole Schoffstall served as dean of the Beth-El College of Nursing from 1990 until her 2008 retirement. She began her association with Beth-El in 1974.<\/p>\n<p>Those who wish to attend should confirm at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uccs.edu\/chancellorevent%20or%20call%20255-5100\">www.uccs.edu\/chancellorevent or call 255-5100<\/a>.
