The Cybersecurity Programs Office has invited\u00a0Iron Butterfly Media<\/a>\u00a0to the UCCS campus. Iron Butterfly, based in Washington, D.C., hosts the\u00a0“See Her Be Her” podcast, featuring\u00a0untold stories of women across the intelligence community.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The filming, which will take place from 4-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, in Dwire 121, is open to the entire campus community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This special \u201cBeyond the Beltway\u201d episode features intelligence community leaders from across Colorado. The podcast encourages women to explore what it’s like to work in intelligence and gives proof that if you can see her, you can be her.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be a live panel of incredible women in the Colorado area who have various roles in intelligence, including cryptography, geospatial intelligence and national defense.\u00a0This is Iron Butterfly’s first\u00a0remote podcast filming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students, staff and faculty are invited to attend and may register here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panelists will answer the questions about their path to a career in intelligence and what it\u2019s like to work in intelligence and how to get there, but the podcast also has a decidedly personal aspect that helps the audience get to know the panelists. They will also be taking questions from the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
