The <a href=\"https:\/\/uccsoffice365.sharepoint.com\/sites\/SalesforceStudentSupportNetwork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Support Network<\/a> will be replacing Starfish, the software currently used by advisors and faculty to connect with students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Student Support Network, a Salesforce software, is designed to build a stronger, more interconnected network of services and departments to support UCCS students while at the same time&nbsp;reducing&nbsp;the number of systems required for staff to use.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Student Support Network initiative will bring&nbsp;UCCS&nbsp;closer to achieving our 2030 Strategic Plan goal to integrate student service systems dedicated to recruiting, academic support, continuing enrollment and graduation services,\u201d said Harper Johnson, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Student Support Network is the second in a series of Salesforce tools UCCS is using to simplify students\u2019 educational journeys.&nbsp;The first tool, Admissions Connect, was launched in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis project has been a years-long collaboration between University Information Systems and UCCS,\u201d Johnson continued, \u201cand with the support of President Saliman and Chancellor Reddy, it demonstrates a continued commitment to our students and their success.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The summer launch date will provide the least amount of disruption to faculty, staff and students.
