The goal for seniors and graduate students is both engagement and to \u201cpay it forward\u201d for the next generation of UCCS students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the Class of 2022 are encouraged to designate gifts to Clyde\u2019s Cupboard Food Pantry, the Multicultural Office for Student Access, Inclusiveness &amp; Community (M.O.S.A.I.C.) or a scholarship fund in their college, although gifts to any fund are accepted. So far, a record-breaking 264 students from the May 2022 graduates have contributed to the gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduates who give at least $25 receive a blue cord as a memento to wear during Commencement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spring graduates also include 145 legacy students, who are descendants of UCCS graduates and who traditionally wear black and gold cords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Class of 2022 is invited to&nbsp;donate to the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/crowdfunding.uccs.edu\/?cfpage=\/o\/university-of-colorado-colorado-springs-54\/i\/crowdfunding\/s\/class-of-2022-may\" target=\"_blank\">Clyde\u2019s Crowd platform<\/a>&nbsp;through the month of May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the UCCS Spring 2022 Commencement Ceremonies&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UCCS\u00a0spring 2022 Commencement ceremonies will celebrate\u00a0degrees conferred to more than 1,500 graduates.
