He died Jan. 20 at his Monument home<\/p>\n<p>Since 2004, Nasby taught courses at UCCS in international marketing, marketing and international management following a distinguished career in business in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>His obituary, as prepared by family members and published in the Colorado Springs Gazette, follows.<\/p>\n<p><b>Richard William Nasby<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/communique.uccs.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Nasby.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-13962\" alt=\"Richard Nasby\" src=\"http:\/\/communique.uccs.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Nasby.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/communique.uccs.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Nasby.jpg 200w, https:\/\/communique.uccs.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Nasby-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>Rick was born in Battle Creek, MI before moving to Loveland, CO.
