Debi O’Connor has never failed to bring a positive outlook to every meeting and discussion. As a compliance officer, her job is challenging because it often entails being rather confrontational about some sensitive subjects, but Debi has a skill set that allows her to deliver that sort of information painlessly and without judgment. She likely underestimates her own ability to brighten everyone’s day, even when the complications of the pandemic are weighing heavy on all of us. Debi has made us want to be more positive in our own jobs. I vote her most positive person on staff and consider her one of our most valuable staff members for that reason. A huge thank you to Debi for her hard work and dedication. She goes above and beyond to make our lives a little easier.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
