To explore those opportunities, we have formed a &#8220;Future of Work Task Force&#8221; to prepare ourselves for the post-pandemic period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The task force will be comprised of representatives from all areas of campus, including governance bodies. We must determine how we work while continuing to build community and foster engagement to enhance the student, faculty and staff experience while fulfilling the mission of the University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us many valuable lessons about how to work effectively in the remote environment.
