On Monday, March 22, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce lit the Flagstaff Star in honor of the lives lost at the King Soopers shooting.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the wake of the mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado that left 10 people dead, including a Boulder Police Department officer, the University of Colorado System will come together in a moment of silence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students, faculty and staff on the UCCS campus are invited to participate in a moment of silence at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, March 29, to quietly reflect on the event and how it profoundly affects the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My heart breaks for the victims, their families and all those who loved them. It breaks, too, for the impact on our CU Boulder family,” said Chancellor Reddy in a statement following the incident. “As the campus and surrounding community grieve, we send our deepest condolences and prayers.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
