Graduates were encouraged to designate gifts to Clyde&#8217;s Cupboard Food Pantry or M.O.S.A.I.C., the Multicultural Office for Student Access, Inclusiveness &amp; Community, although gifts to any fund were accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Started by the Class of 2015, the senior gift has raised nearly $50,000 for UCCS students. The goal for the seniors was both participation and to \u201cpay it forward\u201d for the next generation of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduates who gave at least $25 received a blue cord as a memento to wear during the virtual commencement ceremonies on Dec. 18.
