The survey involves a series of questionnaires in which participants will be asked about demographic information, COVID-19, environmental stressors, barriers to care and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Participants will be sent a second survey in six months. Those who finish the surveys will be registered for a chance to win one of two $250 Amazon gift cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Institute for Human Resilience at UCCS is joining with El Paso County Public Health, the National Alliance on Mental Illness Colorado Springs and AspenPointe to conduct the survey.
