Memorial services are pending for Robert Wilson, Jr., 20, a freshman at UCCS. He died Oct. 20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wilson was a mathematics major pursuing a secondary teaching option within the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. He graduated from Fountain-Fort Carson High School in 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Counseling services are available for students through the UCCS Wellness Center at (719) 255-4444. Friends may leave condolences\u00a0online<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROBERT LEON WILSON, JR. January 18, 2000 \u2013 October 20, 2020<\/strong><\/p>

Robby Wilson, of Fountain, Colorado passed away on October 20, 2020. Robby was born in Fort Lewis, Washington, as a military dependent. He lived in many places, but has called Fountain, Colorado, home since 2008. Robby was a 2018 graduate of Fountain-Fort Carson High School and had been attending the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs to become a math teacher.\n<\/p>

\nRobby is survived by many who loved him \u2013 parents Robert L. Wilson, Sr. and Bianka Wilson; sister Cheyenne Wilson (lovingly known by him as \u201cBrat\u201d); his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins; and other family and friends.\n<\/p>

\nRobby was a man of few words, but he was a kind, caring, and loving young man who had the biggest heart. His passions were math, gaming, food, and playing the guitar. Robby was a math tutor and discovered his passion to become a teacher while participating in the Teacher Cadet program at FFCHS. He had no idea how much inspiring children to love math would also inspire him.\n<\/p>

\nRobby will be deeply missed by his family and friends.\n<\/p>
