While engagement with campus constituents\nhas been ongoing, the timeline still provides for significant input from the\nUCCS community. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to take part in the\nshaping of the strategic plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cu.edu\/strategic-planning\/working-groups\">Working groups<\/a>\nhave been formed for the Leaning Into the Future strategic planning process to\naddress the charge for each of the nine areas of strategic focus within the\nplan\u2019s four broad pillars.
