The committee reviews requests made from those who are acting on behalf of a department or college, not individual requests. Requestors can send an email to&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uccs.edu\/oit\/mail%20to:%20proapps@uccs.edu\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>proapps@uccs.edu&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>with the following questions answered:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What is the problem you are trying to solve?\n\t<\/li><li>Do you already have a solution in mind? If so, what is it?\n\t<\/li><li>Who is the main contact?\n\t<\/li><li>Who is the technical contact?\n\t<\/li><li>When would you like to deploy this new software?&nbsp;\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe committee can often address needs with existing programs or technologies which can expedite deployment and lower overall cost,\u201d said Mark Hilberg, director of applications for OIT. \u201cThere are a wide variety of application needs across our campus and the university as a whole, many of the needs are common across multiple departments or campuses.
