On Sunday, Feb. 9 JCPenney is\noffering up to 60 percent off professional attire for all UCCS students,\nalumni, faculty and staff. The event will take place from 6-9 p.m. at the store\u2019s\nCitadel Mall location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mountain Lion community is\ninvited to bring their UCCS ID cards and shop for deeply discounted professional\nattire, including suits, dress pants, blouses, skirts, shoes and accessories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The twice-yearly Suit Up Event is made possible by Career Services, in collaboration with the Student Life department, Army ROTC, the College of Business Career Development Center, the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, the College of Engineering and Applied Science and the School of Public Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ann Schwab, M.A. ’19, attended the event for years as a UCCS student and continues to shop for deals as a staff member in the Office of the Registrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs somebody always in need of both business casual and business professional clothes, I think this event is awesome,” she said. “It is such a great opportunity for UCCS students, staff and faculty to snag some great deals while also preparing for any professional situations that might come our way. I am so thrilled the UCCS Career Center continues to sponsor this event every semester!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
