The deadline at UCCS to submit the tuition assistance benefit is Sept. 12.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefit details<\/strong><br \/>\nCU\u2019s tuition assistance benefit provides benefits-eligible employees, their spouses or dependents with tuition assistance in order to curate and sustain continuous learning.<\/p>\n<p>Employees can receive nine waived credits per academic year for eligible undergraduate or graduate courses at any CU campus.<\/p>\n<p>Dependents have two options: Attending a CU employee\u2019s home campus and receiving nine waived credit hours or attending a different CU campus and receiving tuition assistance of $270 per credit hour, up to nine hours. An employee must waive their benefit for the academic year if they want to give it to a verified dependent to use.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Services has created step-by-step videos to guide employees through completing the benefit for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/306041536\">themselves<\/a>, for a dependent using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/306041387\">Option A \u2013 Home Campus<\/a>\u00a0and for a dependent using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/306041471\">Option B \u2013 Other Campus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Tuition Assistance Benefit applies only to the cost of credit hours.
