Associate Professor of Psychology Bob Durham has volunteered at Fall move-in every year that on-campus housing has been available at UCCS.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

For the 22nd year in a row<\/span>, Bob Durham, associate professor of psychology, helped first-year students to move into their dorm rooms during UCCS\u2019 fall 2019 move-in. And he won\u2019t be stopping anytime soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s fun<\/span>,\u201d<\/span>\u00a0Durham says when asked why he continues to volunteer each year. \u201c<\/span>It\u2019s fun and it\u2019s entertaining and it\u2019s informative.<\/span>\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0fun watching the\u00a0freshmen\u00a0\u2013 some of them are going through a bit of withdrawal, but are still excited, too. And some of the parents, if it\u2019s their first kid going to school, it\u2019s interesting. I\u2019ve always enjoyed it.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
