Each year, per\u00a0Board of Regents Policy 11-E<\/a>, the University of Colorado requires leave-eligible employees who use My Leave and other time tracking systems to verify the accuracy of their sick and vacation leave in the\u00a0myUCCS portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Steps for My Leave users<\/h3>\n

In My Leave, the July beginning balance should match with the leave certification balances.<\/p>\n

To get started, download this\u00a0step-by-step guide<\/a>. The first page guides you through directions to certify your leave in the portal.<\/p>\n

Verifying your leave<\/strong>
\nTo check your Leave Certification balance against figures in My Leave, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Set your My Leave calendar to\u00a0July 2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Review figures in the\u00a0Usable Balance<\/strong>\u00a0column.<\/li>\n
  3. Compare My Leave\u2019s\u00a0Usable Balance<\/strong>\u00a0figures with the Annual Leave Certification\u2019s\u00a0Ending Balance<\/strong>\u00a0column. If these figures match, you can certify your leave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If balances do not match or you have additional questions, please contact your department\u2019s payroll liaison.\u00a0Annual Leave Certifications must be submitted by\u00a0Aug. 26<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
