International visitor studies English and culture at UCCS

A member of the Croatian Parliament is visiting UCCS May 2 to June 26 to participate in an English as a second language and American culture course.

Ante Kotromanovic from Zagreb, Croatia will participate in an eight-week study and culture session, part of the ESL and Cultural Immersion Programs offered by the Office of Global Education, College of Education.

Kotromanovic, a member of the Croatian Parliament since November 2008, chairs the Croatian War Veteran’s Committee and sits on the Domestic Policy and National Security Committee, Defense Committee, Interparliamentary Co-operation Committee and is a member of the delegation to the assembly of the Western European Union.
