The new facility will offer tailored non-credit certificate and degree programs in coordination with local business and government communities, alumni events, and more. The first classes start the next morning on Sept. 11, with licensure programs through the College of Education and that evening with the Mini-MBA program through the College of Business.

A four-day program on managing and writing federal proposals kicks off Oct. 15 and will be the first of many programs to be held in the downtown facility. The program is a collaboration between the Office of Professional Development in the College of Business and Shipley Associates.

The Office of Alumni Relations will host numerous programs throughout the year including networking/social events, faculty speaker series, and more. A representative from the office will host office hours once a week to provide resources to alumni and meet with members of the downtown community.
