Megann Murphy, associate director, Event Services, was named to the board of directors for the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce in September 2017. She is one of seven board members for the 501(c)(6) organization. She will be working with the board in different capacities and especially on the future strategic planning committee.
“I am extremely excited to represent UCCS and work with this fantastic organization,” Murphy said. “The Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce has grown extensively over the last two years, and I am excited to be a part of its future. I am extremely grateful to Chancellor Reddy for supporting my involvement.”
Murphy is President-Elect of the UCCS Staff Association, Vice President of the Slippery Rock University Sport Management Alumni Association Board and a member of the NACAS Professional Development Committee
