Students, staff and faculty attended a flag-lowering ceremony, honor walk to the 9/11 Memorial, and moment of silence on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, in honor of all who were lost 23 years ago.
“Let’s allow kindness, compassion and care for each other to prevail over everything,” said Crista Hill, Director of Veteran and Military Affairs. “If anyone wants to talk, share their story of that day, or add a flag to the wreath, we invite you to come by the Student Veteran Center. Our hearts and doors are open.”
