UCCSlead is gearing up to enhance student leadership skills in the fall semester with a series of workshops designed to cultivate capable and ethical leaders across campus.
These workshops are designed to equip students with essential skills aimed at creating a positive impact within the university and beyond. Topics range from “Professionalism in Leadership” to “Ethical Decision-Making,” catering to groups as small as four and as large as 100.
These workshops are a fantastic free resource for students, staff and faculty. They provide valuable insights into effective leadership strategies and foster connections within our vibrant campus community.
Faculty members are encouraged to integrate these workshops into their curriculum or extracurricular activities, with the flexibility to request sessions tailored to specific classroom needs or organizational goals. The initiative also aims to support Roar Days, enhancing the university’s commitment to student engagement.
