Reflecting a nationwide trend in the dining and hospitality industries, UCCS Dining and Hospitality is operating with less than 50 percent of its staff.
“This difficult decision was made to better serve students at one dining hall, as opposed to a low standard of service at two halls,” said Alfonso Quinones, Director of Dining and Hospitality Services. “We are working diligently to hire and train new employees so that we can return to normal business hours for The Lodge in November.”
