Brock selected to Federal Reserve Bank advisory council

John Brock, senior instructor and director of the Center for Economic Education, Department of Economics, was recently selected to participate in the Denver branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Education Advisory Council.

Brock is one of sixteen educators from Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming selected to serve on the council for 2011-12. The council consists of educators and education professionals committed to advancing economic and financial education. Council members will provide expertise and insight in an advisory capacity related to economic education planning, programs and resource development for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Their first meeting of the academic year was Oct. 21 in Denver.
